6m vaccine jabs given

About 6,060,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 3,434,200 people receiving their first dose and around 2,625,800 getting their second dose.   Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,335,100 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 2,099,100 people have received the BioNTech one.   For the second dose, about 1,046,800 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 1,579,000 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.   About 70,400 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.   About 11,400 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 12,100 people received their second dose.   For the BioNTech vaccine, about 21,300 people received their first dose and around 25,600 people got their second dose.   The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 97%, while it is about 99% for the BioNTech one.   As of 8pm, about 5,100 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 23,300 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.   As of midnight, eight people were sent to hospitals.
