505k doses of vaccine given

About 505,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 309,700 people receiving their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and about 44,000 people getting their second dose.   About 151,300 people have received the BioNTech vaccine so far.   Around 5,100 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.   Among them, some 3,300 people received the jabs at eight community vaccination centres (CVCs) while about 1,800 were inoculated at private doctors and clinics participating in the programme.   Around 9,600 people received their second dose of the Sinovac vaccine today, including about 3, 900 people vaccinated at CVCs and about 5,700 through private doctors and clinics.   The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at CVCs is about 94%.   As of 8pm, about 2,900 people had reserved their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online in the past 24 hours.   As of midnight, three people were sent to hospitals.
